Sifu Fowler has been teaching Kenpo Karate blended with Kali for over 40 years. His video series aren’t just demonstrations—they explain in detail what makes this martial art so effective. Whether a beginner or a seasoned martial artist, each video will help you maximize your power by blending proper body mechanics with flow and speed. They are everything you need for home study, testing and certification.

Introduction

Explanations are so detailed that we had to make two videos to get through the 2nd Degree Brown belt curriculum.

Defense against a knife is the self-defense technique theme. There are also a number of grab and tackle defenses.

Protecting Fans, Circling Fans, Unfurling Crane, Entwined Maces, Fatal Deviation – The Double Punch Techniques

I think the double punch techniques are critical in developing the students ability to flow and move freely. These five techniques develop defense skills against combination punches where the defender will be inside, both arms outside, both arms in and outside, one hand defending both from the inside and one hand defending both from the outside. Call me if you are confused and I will step you through it.
